Satellite Master Antenna System (SMATV)
Satellite Master Antenna Systems (SMATV) is similar to a MATV system but /includes satellite signals from a central satellite head-end.
The head-end is installed to receive the signals from a digital aerial, satellite dish or both.
The unit processes the signals into the distributed network which then distributes them to each point, allowing you to then access the selected Freeview or satellite channels independently of each other. Also see the IPTV section about streaming signals over Ethernet.
